In my personal work (and professional trainings) over these past few years, I’ve found one of the magic keys to healing is found in taking the time to listen to self and sharing such in the context of sacred community.

This experience is an opportunity to tap into your body, heart, mind and spirit.

Join me & 6 other women twice a week for 3 weeks. You can expect a +/- 60 minute yoga practice (easily accessible to all levels), meditation and guided discussions at each session (90 minutes total).

This experience is limited to S I X women committed to curiosity.
